Speed = Distance ÷ Time
↳360 km in 4 h → Speed = 90 km/h
Distance = Speed × Time
↳60 km/h × 3 h = 180 km
Time = Distance ÷ Speed

Avg Speed = 2uv ÷ (u+v) [equal distances]
↳60 & 40 km/h equal distances → 2(60)(40)/100 = 48 km/h
